With a home based production unit & a sales counter, he started this business. His restless efforts took this business to the summit within a short time. He added more values in this business with quality consciousness. During a very short period he set this business very high in and around the region. People appriciated the products and its quality. To deliver the best quality is still our motto. Perhaps this is the only secret of our success even in today's era.

Today; Mr. Rajaram Dattoba Khade, Mr. Satyajeet Rajaram Khade are looking after the expansion. Mr. Sushant Rajaram Khade is looking after management, production & quality control. Mr. Rajaram Khade's vision is the backbone of the overall development of Kedarling bakery. Considering his social work, Mr. Rajaram Khade has been awarded by 'Udyog Ratna' award. He is supported by his wife Mrs. Prabhawati. The hole business is today developing according to rajaram's guidance & technical support. e is having a dynamic vision to grow business. His sincere efforts & polite thoughats has gifted him a huge friend circle in & around Kolhapur. He looks after a prime responcibility in the bakery association of Maharashtra & India.

Mr. Satyajeet Rajaram Khade alias Bhau Khade as he is popurly known among his friend circle, the older son of Mr. Rajaram Khade looks after Kedarling bakery's development according to his father's guidance. Working very hard since last 15 years, Satyajeet has set himself on a different height in this industry. Regular updations of technology, being in touch with the senior members of Bakery association of India and Maharashtra, Satyajeet has been awarded as the member of the Western India Bakery Association, Mumbai; where he has promised to perform maximum activities within his membership period.
